What brand and type of salt do you use?

We use Morton salt pellets. Morton salt is harvested near the Great Salt Lake. The pellets will dissolve slower than the crystals.

Does the $20 and $30 fee include the bags of salt?

No. Those fees are in addition to the bags of salt. Each bag costs $7.

How often do you deliver?

We deliver bi-monthly. The first day of your service will start your personal bi-monthly schedule. This ensures you will never run out of salt.

What if I run out of salt before my delivery?

We deliver bi-monthly which should ensure you never run out. We also track how much salt you use and if we need to move to a monthly delivery we can.

Do I need to be home for the salt delivery?

It depends. If you select the Basic Salt Delivery plan, we leave the salt bags on your porch. No need to be home for that. If you select the Full Great Salt Delivery, we will need access to your water softener. Most likely you will need to be home for this service.

Can I switch what service I choose?

Yes. We can provide flexibility if you want to switch from one service plan to the next.

What if I need to cancel my service?

We understand life happens. You can cancel at any time. No cancelation fees. If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled delivery, however, you will be charged for the bags of salt that would have been delivered.

How do I pay my bill?

An invoice will be sent with the fee including the bags of salt. We accept cash, Venmo and major credit cards.

Do you have a loyalty program?

For every new customer you refer you will receive 1 free bag of salt
